Jiren's Meditation is a barrier without the barrier usual visual effects. For the U7 spirit bomb, select Goku last costume (DBS after GF return) and he'll have that instead to turn ssj. (I ignore if DBS (GF arrival) costume before that has it as well so you might want to test it.
