You know what the funniest thing about these coaching sessions is? Every coach makes it seem as though the enemy has a duo-digit IQ, when this is rarely true for me. I'm stuck in silver where, according to most coaches, people aren't supposed know jack shit about the game. And yet they know to shove before I get back to lane to get a good recall to keep up with item spikes and know how to freeze a wave when ahead, forcing me to take a bad recall. They know about prio, how to macro and prep for objectives. How to splitpush for pressure and rotate to gain numbers advantage. I mean... I myself am silver and know all this stuff. So why the hell shouldn't they? 9 out of 10 ranked games I'm queuing up for feel like I'm getting smurfed on, because they seem to know what I know but execute it better. It's just so... frustrating...
@remmaps1233212 жыл бұрын
Because rank is relative to everyone else. You can improve, but other people are improving along with you. Things like shoving/freezing that were once considered advanced techniques are now basic fundamentals that everyone is now trying to apply and a lot of it has to do with the massive amount of help videos lately.
@SoldJesus4Crack2 жыл бұрын

Hey Neace, love your videos. Can you explain on a future video how to play a game where you, say in top lane, generally (and should expect to) lose the lane based on a particular matchup. I main Kayle top, and understand how to play safe, be patient and wait for my scaling, but it's hard to watch videos like these where you talk about not waiting around and basically just getting a grip of the game and forcing odds in your favour to make your team win based on your decision making. I don't really know how to do that in a matchup that I know if both laners play at equal skill, Kayle loses until a certain point, which you may or may not get to either based on your own decision making or that of the two junglers and others roaming. Thanks!
@simhanssens73312 жыл бұрын
Hey! I main kayle aswell, both mid and top. I play a lot of scalers and viktor is my blind pick. Neace probably does NOT like scalers, because you don't have agency over the game untill you're in late game ( if you went even, if you're ahead then already in midgame ) This video is really about "If you play a champ that has agency and can roam, help jung, kill lane opponent -> then you can get this agency over the game by getting a lead and following this sort of script" If you blindpick champions like kayle vlad or kass you practically coinflip that the enemy won't absolutely demolish your team whilst you're farming for gold and exp untill you hit your powerspike. YES you do put your enemy on a sort of timer ( and even that depends if they have a better comp or not if you can 1v9 ) Imo it's not worth maining these champs, but hey here I am maining them myself because i just love that freacking playstyle xD But you just make the game harder for yourself. The best playstyle imo is playing a snowballing champ with mobility ( e.g. Akali, sylas, camille, qiyana ) get a lead in lane, roam. And apply this video. Accelerate the game by taking all objectives and just force a 3 dragon lead with 10k gold advantage. Scaling champions are definently still viable ( I did hit D4 with them so yeah ) and they do teach you things like getting perfect cs and jungle timings
@Nikey7822 жыл бұрын
@@simhanssens7331 Thanks, pretty detailed answer :D yeah I guess Neace, as a coach for people trying to climb, would probably recommend champions that have agency in the game. I think an exercise you should try is getting a iron to silver player to go into practice tool to do Cs practice, but give them to task to end the game by 15 minutes. Slow champs that are bigger and predictable are your friend in this situation as you can bully them into tower then roam with jungle or gank bot or top. Saving this to read before future sessions, thank you Neace: So you guys took an inhib at 16 minutes, which is gonna bite you in the ass. What you did was you quickly tried to accelerate the game to end it, which is - I'm just gonna be direct - it's a bad bet. So this is why you strip down layers. This is why normally what I try to do is I go Tower Dragon Tower Rift Tower Dragon Tower (probably middle tier 2) Rift => Use the rift wherever we want, to get Baron The thing is, you're not gonna win games at 15-20 minutes very often, doesn't matter what the "timer"[enemy has scaling champs] is. [$$ From passive gold & cs-ing only] What I'm trying to do here is showcase that players don't actually get items THAT fast. So like you're saying "we want to end the game before they scale,"..They're not gonna scale anytime soon. Unless they're farming like God they're not gonna be getting items. But you know what gives them items really fast? Giving them items really fast comes from giving away bounties and shutdowns and inhib farming and all this stuff, THAT gives them items fast. Riot has turned this game into Mario Party my friend. And by that I mean once you get ahead there's these stupid bounties that pop up, right, these bounties give more gold than anybody should have -- that's why I say it's like mario party. So I just go piece by piece: Tower Dragon Tower Rift Tower Dragon Tower Rift => Tower/Baron So on The game only has a certain rhythm. Right now you're still being creative, and unfortunately this is like learning how a magic trick works.. there's not a lot of magic to it. Don't try to brute-force end the game, is the lesson here. The game is not designed that way, okay, that's why I framed it up with the tower=>dragon=>tower=>rift bullshit that I just told you. Because it doesn't matter how hard you ram your head into the enemy base, youre going to have to play the game out for 20-22 minutes. Do you understand? Expect the game to go beyond 20 minutes. Do not expect the game to end at 15-20 minutes, it will not end. It will drag more than it ends. You will never rush the game. They could surrender, or catastrophically lose, but it won't be because of anything you did. Doesn't matter how good you are. Any time I have finished a game really early, is because I follow my own rules very tightly, so I just snowball REALLY fast. I'm ending the game through correct map movement. I'm not trying to "end" [rush] the game, it's just falling into my lap. Do you understand? I didn't just abandon my lane and run down mid and hope that I somehow magically ended. I did the exact thing I'm telling you, which is I snowballed, I took it, I took the drag, I went up here with my snowball lead and I took the rift, and I went to mid, and then I snowballed through mid, and then I took maybe a tier 2 and then I took another dragon, and then I took another tier 2, and then they just surrender by then. It's not like I'm knocking the fucking inhib down at like 15-17 minutes. You'll never see me do that. It'll always be systematic. Don't try to leapfrog over this shit; don't go Tower Drag FUCK IT END Calmly take each piece, before you go for the victory. Youre gonna be on the journey whether you like it or not. You can't skip certain components. Expect you're gonna be there for 20-25 minutes. Expect that. That's what's going to happen so do not play like you're going to skip that or you're going to fuck it up and make the game harder.

The inhib push was fine, however if you do it that way you have to Baron. Or if there is no Baron up you have to Rift. You push the lane for Prio right? What you do with that prio is what determines the game. If you just keep shoving the wave or pushing it into them they are just getting farm. If you push inhib you are giving them more xp and gold. But they also need people to hold it. Meaning that this would be the ideal time to get objectives. If you aren't doing that then its a throw. So you broke mid inhib now mid wave is going to keep crashing into them. Top should be splitting top, the mid laner can group with the others to take jungle objectives and bot turret. You don't need anyone mid at the meantime. They can't clear supers fast enough at the moment because its early. Now you have opened up the rest of the map, you got a top laner pushing top you got the rest doing rift, baron, drake, whatever and after that you guys are opening top and bot up. That's one way to do it. The other way is to split top and jungle objectives then just end if you are that confident. You are right that you don't want them to scale. But thats just a simple statement. Do you actually know when they scale? Do you know what item they get and what level they meet that they beat you. Now that's some knowledge you need. Low elo randoms a lot of the times look at the team comp, oh we lose late game. Well yes obviously we do as you can see the team comp has a vayne/twitch in it. When is the time we lose, you need a deadline. A plan should be developed in the draft phase as people get picked, you don't just sit there doing nothing using a shitty rune page loader from those external softwares. The match starts as soon as you click accept. The match doesn't start when the timer starts. Meaning if you pick Yuumi and you are top, you've already fucked up. The match has started already. Your pick counts. If you are going to play 200000000 champions, you have already fucked up. Remember you aren't a pro player. You don't need to learn counter picks, and how team synergy works at the moment. If we are talking about this fundamental shit, you don't need to know team synergy. Why though? Isn't League a team game? Yes it is, thats if you have a team. When you are in Bronze, let me ask you, do you have a team? You play adc top failed mid failed, the teemo is literally inting it down bro. You call that team synergy? You don't need that. If you go adc in bronze, the fastest absolutely fastest way you can go from bronze to silver is to main Twitch. You have to win your lane, once you've taken down bot tower and won your lane, you go for their weakest player, look for exploits and look for your win con. Now you need to be your win condition. If you want to rank up, then you are the win condition. If you aren't the win condition, you don't deserve the win. If you are going to play top, pick Tryndamere, remember you are the winning condition. You are the one that'll end the game. You aren't going to half ass gamble your way to silver. YOu are the fucking win con. You don't need a team as tryndamere. You'll 1v4 top and your team will still lose a 4v1. That's how bad they are. When you are in low elo, you mute all. You don't need fucking pings. Everyone just question mark pings your ass. You have your brain, your game sense. Look over the replay, when you are done if you lose or win both. What could you have done better. Winning a game doesn't mean you did your best. It means you are better than the cunts on the other team. It means you are shit but they are dog shit. So if you want to rank up fast, you have to understand what you did wrong. How can you fix that? If you aren't carrying hard enough, are you being too passive? Have you not exploited correctly? Are you too friendly? Tryndamere works into every top laner in low elo, in higher elo not really all matchups. But in low elo it works on everyone, know why? Because everyone does not know how to play the fucking game properly. So you should be getting a lead in your lane. Now the question is, how do you extend your lead and exploit using your lead? Getting the lead isn't hard. The easiest part about ranking up is getting ahead. You should always be ahead. But how do you close out the game. That's the real question. How do you end it. You already have all your items but you aren't close to ending. How do you end it? Wrap it up and gain the lp. If you are going to play ADC. Don't play Jinx. You need a team for Jinx. In low elo, Twitch and Vayne are your best bet.

The inhib was worth it, only if you leverage it. The inhib gives you prio in mid, all you have to do is use it. Rush Baron straight after you get inhib, then recall, rush drake. Then go bot. Top laner should be top the whole time. That is literally the only reason you take mid inhib. If you aren't doing this, or you aren't going straight baron then recall and straight all mid end, you are throwing it. You've got Baron, Kayle is completely useless, Renekton can 1v2 or 3. You go in and you put it away, in fact you don't even need to fight if you don't want to, you just hover behind minions mid, the baron minions will end it.

Bad ass man. Can you also explain how to get to the position where ur taking tower and dragon when u have 2 enemies in front of you. Or you might as well do this for every role it would be bad ass

Here's my perspective, even though I'm a scrub, to get first tower you need to win lane. To do that, well it depends on the matchup, but generally what works for me is freezing and slow pushing, with the wave near my side, the jungler can gank easily and I can then snowball from there. If he ganks and we get the kills, we go for drag, and keep on slowly but steadily pushing our advantage.

Biggest issue with early inhib is it takes your farmable lanes down to 2 while they get the safe supers free farm
@aurah82452 жыл бұрын
they lose map prio and they’re unable to clear waves without needing to base after like every 2-3 of them it turns the game to a 4v5 or lose nexus turrets it’s extremely good to take them since you’re already in such a big lead their enemy jg opens up more

@aurah82452 жыл бұрын
just stomp lane herald isn’t needed to win game if it’s pre plate fall it has value if later not rlly you lose a lot of tempo grabbing it

I notice there are so many plays that people think are correct because they somehow worked out and then it sticks in their brain and they never learn what to actually do
