Charlie Westhead recounts the history of the creamery; from it's early years located in the basement of the Neal's Yard Dairy Covent Garden shop, where yoghurt was made and sold directly to customers, to the present day in the Herefordshire hills. In addition to yoghurt, Charlie and his team now make everything; from what is arguably the best creme fraiche in the country to renown goat's milk cheeses such as Ragstone and Dorstone.
