18 million years ago the East African rift divided the primates in the ancestors of gorilla and chimpanzee and in the beginning hominides. They had a harder environment and were forced to developing. All human populations interbred. So they have been always one species. Only the hobbit of Flores was separated geographically from his brethren.

Great question and I should have be clearer on this. No Neanderthal fossils have been found in Africa since they evolved outside of Africa but their ancestor’s fossils have been found in Africa

This video did not cover it, but they found evidence of Neanderthals in southern Saudi Arabia. Also Sub-Saharans have .3 to .4% Neanderthal DNA from back migrations of homo Sapiens with some Neanderthal DNA. The area around Lake Chad has much European DNA from back migrations that brought farming to the ares. Lake Chad area might have more Neanderthal DNA that most areas of Africa.

Homo Erectus migrated out of Africa first 500K Years earlier, they evolved into Homo Neatherthalensis and Homo Denisovas in Europe and Asia, while the ones remaining in Africa evolved into Homo sapiens, the modern human. We both share a common ancestor in the Homo Genus, that is the only way they interbred with Humans and have fertile offspring. Horses and Donkeys can interbreed too but aren't the same species, just the same Genus Taxa Equus.

All I can think of is that it might explain the rh positives crossbreeding but none of the rh negative divine female lineages still present today even though it's dramatically recessive :).

hello interesting you are talking about pale skin color and red hair of neanderthals while showing image of a blue eyed neanderthal man. does that mean bleue eyed came from neanderthal ? I thought it was a modern human trait appeared 20 thousand years ago ? , and i also though all neanderthals have brown eyes ?
