I've used chocolate, oreo & mango ice cream to make the bread. I then used chocolate ice cream to make pizza dough to make homemade pizza. I have to try it again,

It tastes like regular bread. It is basically quick bread if you have ever had that. It is bread without yeast, that is why he is using the self rising flour instead of all purpose. The ice cream he used is supposed to give it a slight chocolate or strawberry taste. If you just use the vanilla it comes out tasting like normal bread.

Vanilla tastes like normal bread to me. The other two give the bread a slight flavor. I like strawberry - only because vanilla is a regular flavor and I don't like chocolate, unless its oreos.
