To clarify: The prius did nothing wrong except hesitate a bit there in last second. I have a bad habit of using the help brakes too much and going too close to cars. The help brakes are mostly for higher speeds! I was not distracted by talking and i saw the car blinking left early enough, the problem was i didnt use the foot brake early and hard enough.. PS. the prius should NOT have turned right and let the cars pass, you should NEVER do that, he couldve made a u turn up ahead and then turn in there but that is also not possible, so again the prius did nothing wrong really, it was my fault for not using the foot brake early and using the help brakes too much!

you're right when it comes to GPS, you can't trust them too much. back in january when i was delivering home groceries i had a stop outside a small town on a gravel road, and the gps chose the fastest route, halfway the road got REALLY narrow that went down hill and i was hesitating a bit, but then just went for it. after the hill i realized it was a fucking horse trail so i had to speed up to make it up on the other side, i was literal inches from getting stuck on the ice lol. never has my pulse been that high while driving

Tack för en ny video :) Jag har kollat om och om igen på den nära krocken du gjorde, och det man ser via kameran så tycker jag inte att du gjorde nått fel, däremot så ser det ut som om bilen börjar blinka väldigt sent. Så du hade ju inte så mycket tid på dig att hinna reagera. Så om det var någon som gjorde fel, så var det bilisten, iaf av det som man som sagt kan se via din kameran.. Skönt att det gick bra, och tur att detta inte hände när det var halt ute, för då hade du nog suttit i bilens bakdel.. Men jag tänkte faktiskt på en grej häromdagen, man ser ju en massa olika dashcams filmer om hur vissa kör väldigt illa, men jag har inte sätt knappt någon som har kört illa under alla dina timmar som du har filmat :)

the prius driver at 7.38 did wrong. if you have cars behind u never turn left unless u have ur own left turn lane on roads like that...

both did wrong, i took my driving license november last year and i was to told by my driving teacher that dont turn left on those roads unless its clear from behind if you have cars, turn into a bus stop and wait or drive until u can turn around. and yes drivingbro should keep focus on the car in front 100% and safe distance

i live in sweden, and the prius should still find a spot to stop to let the cars pass so he/she can make a safe left turn. so the traffic can flow 100%. 50-50 and yes ur right everyone have a responsible to brake for people turning left etc.........

what i mean is turning left on roads like that when traffic is coming towards you and cars behind dont slow down and turn left turn into a bus stop on the right or make a safe turn and go back and turn right isntead. if you dont have a cars behind u then u can slow down and make a safe left turn but signal way early. turning right is no problem as long as u blink early to let the cars behind u so they can be ready to brake. this is to keep the traffic flowing 100% and car crashes 0% thats what i was told by my driving teacher and drivingbro should have focused on the car all the time

There always isn't a place to turn around though. My suggestion just would be if the car isn't slowing down behind you then i wouldnt come to a complete stop but if i see the car behind me has noted im slowing and turning and he is slowing down then i would say i can turn lol

Prius drivers are the worst! If the dumbass car driver just looked in the mirror and tried to be the slightest bit interested in saving their own hide. They might have been more active at getting out of your way. When autonomous cars come out Prius drivers will be the first utilizing them! Religion is a personal decision. Why should we be confined to old dogma? Good luck.
