This last year has completely changed me. I haven't had an NDE, but I have become more spiritual, awake, and happy than I have ever been in 37 yrs. I was a hardcore atheist for the longest time and this past year, I have found God. There's something definitely changing on a global scale.

Yes the key is to reject negative thought patterns. The difficulty is that they become conditioned and we often aren’t even conscious of them when they’re rolling through our head. The next thing you know you’re depressed often for no apparent reason. Be the watcher of your thoughts. ✌🏻

I had a Revelational God Cosmic Download Near Death Experience 45 years ago and I still have all the same negative depressing struggles. But I somehow sojourn on, and kick myself in the butt and say SNAP out of it, after I wallow around in my self despair. I never really give up, I’m just still a normal person but I trained myself to not to be a total idiot. Inspiration is my lifeline. I’ll crawl on broken glass to get my Inspiration back. I always do.and yes, like you it still brings tears to my eyes, which I guess is when I realize I’m being an idiot, and I can’t stand the idea of being so stupid to ignore what I actual know!!! It’s a constant battle! I AM responsible for my own Reality!!! Your words are totally true and we are in a persistent challenge. Oh well, in the Long Game. Interrupting the Loop, skip to my Loop my darling! Waking up from the Trance! It works! God gives us the keyboard to code our own script! We can be our own “move over’ instant tech guy. Tapping!

The challenge is that it's not a personal or finite mind that is thinking the thoughts and feeling the feelings. There is no such mind or self because the brain does not give rise to consciousness or intelligence.(The atom is empty space.)What seems to be a mind/self or personality, is literally a program, itself. It is an unreal, impersonal program or download. It isn't owned, embodied, or located. It may be a program that "runs" sometimes, or it may "run" continually. Impersonal consciousness or the belief in objectivity, is in a war with itself. The entire conflict is between holding onto a finite sense of life, intelligence, and being, and yielding to the reality of indivisible Mind, which, in truth, has no opposite. We can kick out negative thought after negative thought, and put down every single emotion arising from these, but the program, if it is one that runs chronically, still continues to churn out the next garbage thought, sensation, and feeling. The result is that we feel we're in a continuing battle...and we are, apparently, until somehow, we just give up this false sense of identity as a finity. Examining the data or theme of the program is useful, but it doesn't stop it. Its primary purpose is to perpetuate itself by provoking the sense of identification with the imaginary sense of a finite self. Each program is constructed differently; made up of different data. So, how one "person" handles this conflict may or may not be helpful to an other.

@@sandycarter5300 Hey Sandy, thanks for your amazing and thoughtful reply. I do agree with you on the programming aspect of our so-called personality script. I do believe you are talking, in essence, about the astrology birth chart, which IMHO is the program that creates this loop of unconscious behavior. Sometimes it's useful, sometimes, a detriment. The programmed life mission is described by the North Node of the moon, at birth, with the South node delineating the past soul experience to both reference and grow out of. Some people come into this dimension with more difficult programs than others, but I can attest to the fact, after working with around 30,000 people over the past 25 years, in-person and phone, that we do indeed follow our birth chart, personality and destiny to a T. It is only, as you describe, with conscious recognition, are we able to modify and adjust our weaker, less helpful personality attributes to refine them into a tool to accomplish our life Spiritual goals, AKA our Life Lessons. I personally have my North node in Sagittarius (freedom, philosophy, higher ideals, jovial expression, larger than life vibrant enthusiasm) conjunct SATURN the planet of restriction, constriction, dour depressing taskmaster, Harvard grad Life-school professor not apt to hand out A's like candy, which in fact, makes all life accomplishments that much sweeter when achieved. Being an Aries (Fire, passion, action) on the cusp of moody, empathic Pisces, and having a generally super heightened sensitivity, also due to Neptune conjunct my ascendent, which gifts me as extremely psychic and frequently able to pick up hidden, personal goals AKA Life Mission from total strangers just by hearing them say one word. And having Pluto conjunct the moon square Venus and some other aspects, has made my life all moody and fraught with emotional challenges. Which makes me REALLY value the deep love and acceptance i have received from my kids, grandkids, friends etc on this long but brief road of life. It's all a game. But it seems SO real! And yes, you are right, there IS only one Mind. Though it seems to have infinite fractals! I do KNOW that Ultimately, there is indeed an ACTUAL GOD with a personality. I experienced This. Logically, without God-Mind having this Personality attribute, there would be no such thing as personality with free will Which DESPITE 'programs" has this amazing capacity to rewrite it's own script. AKA Changing one's entire viewpoint and belief system and behaviors. This HAS to be the Divine spark within our little bio-suits, that totally surpasses our meat brain. This completely confounds and frustrates the materialists, that build and program "Artificial Intelligence" which cannot do anything but rote calculations based on programming data. It can't process the ineffable God quotient of LOVE which is the actual Mind Substance of the Living God. But we can, do and ARE, as "we" are not even "real" but temporary coagulation of 01 God-Mind flashing on-off being held together in "form" by some kind of indescribable force field, like an ocean of God-Mind jelly that keeps the shape of things long enough for a human life to imagine they are experiencing it as substance! PS thank you so much for this conversation, cyber friend, you really "stimulated" my infinite downloads today! Much love to you and yours! PSPS Wow, I just watched this new today IANDS vid from an amazing woman: Full Near Death Experience (NDE account) - Mary Helen Hensley (IANDS) and at the end, she said "We're all just fractals of the same mind". First timer I have ever heard the word fractal used in a near-death vid, and the first time I ever used it in the description I just related to you. So there is a Synchronicity, that lets me know...again... the Connection is Real. I love it when that happens! kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqe9eZ-jgsaAraM

I'd question the wisdom of conducting a living life review, especially if you have suffered from trauma. If accounts of NDEs are to be believed, on the other side those going through a life review are supported by loving entities to help them to cope with what comes up. Doing a review here would be incomplete because we would not have the same memory of - or perspective on - events as we might have had on the other side. We would not have the same level of knowledge regarding how we had affected others. A review could also be traumatic, as we would be doing it without support.
@websurfer57722 жыл бұрын
You make a really good point here. Reading and listening continually to NDEs has made me become much harder on myself because I'm constantly doing life reviews on myself now without any support and I've been abused by others my whole life. More as a child and now more as an older disabled adult.

Neuro Linguistic Programming is sort of similar to what you're talking about :D I loved your video. I don't want want to be near death, but I do really wish I could be shown happiness straight from source. Usually when I do have a problem with negative thoughts is I tell myself that the thought is not really bad. I'm just problem solving, or this particular thought won't affect me, so I can keep thinking it. But it's a lie. Even thoughts that are a little negative are still negative and then the line is crossed and I am caught in a loop that I allowed.

Thought stopping and thought replacement isn't enough. We need to process our thoughts, including, maybe especially, the negative ones, and that requires focus. Some even say that the unexamined life is not worth living. We can either focus on negative thoughts to give them power over us, which is self defeating, or transmute and integrate them into something meaningful to us. Maybe we can do both?

when you look at life as a whole when you look at movies when you read books it’s all about people being put in difficult situations and for the most part overcoming these obstacles. You were put on this earth to overcome your personal obstacles plus experience the pain of misfortune this is beneficial when it comes to empathy when you see others experiencing the same thing. From what I understand and I am no expert , depression is a result of unresolved pain one is hanging on too. it could also be a chemical in balance but there again I think the brain produces counter chemicals when you think a certain way. I really feel sorry for your depression I would pray for guidance and reach out to people that have understanding/empathy. this may sound corny but love understanding understanding and forgiveness is a good start. When my father died he came back in a dream He was resplendent glowing and look very happy and he said to me the do not worry the son of man is with you. I haven’t gone to church for many years so I took a refresher course on Google and of course the son of man is Jesus. I am not a Bible thumper but I do know enough to know that when we are in trouble hardship and anguish all we need to do is pray. I have done this many times and good fortune has always come my way it’s spooky but I rely on it. Pray for help I am certain you will get what you need😇

Ok, opening question answer: no Now what part of the video do I skip to?: 13:40 The way to get out of a mind loop = wanting JOY (not happiness/service to self), combined with META-cognition. META-tation, without self judgment (lot easier if you are not seeking happiness/service to self). META-cognition, enables letting mind-loops to pass. Joy is enough, you don't need possible, maybe, or to get lucky in any way; JOY is enough.

I read lots of NDEs and ponder. I have concluded that we do not really think. We do not have free will. Of course, free will is the first assumption about ourselves. But no one can prove we have it. One of the objectives of this life story is to believe it is real. One of the objectives of the other side is to make us think we have free will. It is genius. They will almost always say we have free will. So we assume what they say is true. But what about other aspects, such as "we are all one / connected. The past, present and future are all present at once. These type aspects of NDE's and the experience of the other side suggest things are a lot more laid out for us than we think (but of course we don't think).. What if we are just experiencers of this life as scripted players, but we just don't recognize this? How do we explain Unconditional LOVE and no judgement, if we actually have a choice?
@sandycarter53003 жыл бұрын
It's true. We don't think. There are no "thinkers". No personal mind or self can ever be found. What passes for a mind or self is simply an impersonal program. The entire impersonal vast cosmic drama has no one and no thing in it. It is impersonal energetic data that runs for no one. Impersonal consciousness in a misperception of itself, i.e., the one belief in objectivity, posits countless imaginary reference points supposed to be finite awarenesses or selves. This one deluded consciousness could be called the prodigal son, that wanted to experience life on its own. The lie is the belief in subject/object, but this fiction does not exist in indivisible divine Mind, and there's only one Mind in reality. The nde is just the program running, minus the belief in a material body. The sense of personality or self is just the program running, continuing to say, "i". Impersonal consciousness is working its way out of this energetic lie. I don't believe the point is to be happy as this fictional self, because it is nothing short of complete self-delusion to accept that any such self exists. Reality is the infinite ocean of Love. It is wholly indivisible. It doesn't have selves or minds or entities. The instant there is any suggestion or appearance of objectivity, of subject and object, it is the dream sense of life, not Life.
