This literally brought me to my knees.. Almost three years ago I lost my grandfather, very sudden and unexpected. He had been like a father-figure my entire life; I lived with him and my grandmother until I was 8. They were very religious, and every single Sunday we went to Sunday school and evening sermon. Holding my tiny hand in his, as we walked down the aisle, I always felt safe and protected, but.. I was sexually abused as a child, from very early and until we moved at age 8. It was not a family member. So I struggled with my faith for a very long time, and resented God because who would let that happen to a child.. I ended up getting pregnant at 16, and my grandfather wanted nothing to do with me anymore. This lasted for a few years, eventually we made up and he passed away when I was 26. I have never been so heartbroken, and I still grieve today, because I haven’t been able to process it. I miss him so dearly every day, and I just can’t seem to think about him at all, without being completely taken out with grief and sadness. I have found God again, though, and I’m certain eventually he will lead me through this. Anyway.. I’m sorry this was so long, what I really wanted was just to say, that you are wonderful, this was amazing and took me right back to when I was a little girl, walking down the aisle of our church, with my tiny little hand in my grandfather’s enormous one.

Please pray for me I’m struggling to provide for myself and my children. I believe in Jesus Christ with all my heart and soul. God gives us strength to endure, it’s because of him I have endured. I’m a single mother with two beautiful autistic children. My husband passed away years ago. I have no family nor friends to turn to. I lost my job over declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health conditions lupus and heart disease. I’ve been struggling to provide for myself and my children since losing my job from Forsyth hospital. But God has given me strength. Strength to keep obeying and serving even when I feel tired and overwhelmed and like I can’t go on. It’s already a new month I’m still short on rent. But even as I face homelessness. I have faith God will provide. Though at times I’m mocked and harassed by others for my circumstances and choice. I will keep Faith. Please pray for me and my children. I’m feeling so lost.
