Mangled reduces healing speed by and to the survivor. Also I wonder if there is a end game build with the Wake Up buffs. Hope Wake Up DH DS maybe? Also also, I have no idea how people watch someone play a character for one day and go "I think they're X tier." You need more than one day to put a character in a tier. The real answer is we just don't know. I remember everyone said Vecna was S or A when he released and even after many buffs he's like B? People need to stop asking about tiers, that's not how it works lol
