All the times i went for an MRI it X-ray, and they had these neat little certificates everywhere. So those were fake and the locations were illegally operating for several years. Yet there was zero oversight Insanity in Arizona, on both sides.

Got a call from simonmed to schedule appt this AM. I asked what doctor ordered what procedure. These clowns didn't have the info. I told them to get that info then call me. Shady.
