Wear some latex gloves next time you’re out under your protected gloves it should help stop the break the wind a bit more also and since you got heated gloves, you should probably throw some other gloves over that so it can probably stay a bit warmer lol 3! Pairs but I’m sure it’ll be more comfortable 😂🫡

Brother take it down a notch in the city i get its fun and you’ve probably have heard it too much already but so much going on in the city real easy to go down be it your fault or somebody else’s also way more cops in the city don’t know where you live but a lot of the states some of those speeds you where hittin would get you a felony. Rode for many years now currently on a MT10sp and have had shit almost kill me all of which had i just gone slower wouldn’t have been a close call. So me personally I’m a Yamaha kinda guy buttt I’ve ridden my girlfriends 400 and it was really light and easy to handle and it was not to fast either. R3 is obviously a little slower than the 400 but they’re both really good bikes. I’m not too sure about the continental GT or the 650 though if you were gonna go for a 650 I’d look into the R7 as well their both really good looking bikes and very good looking bikes as well. Just do the research on what you like and don’t like.

My friend was between all of the same bikes as you (except the rc 390, he was looking at a cbr500r), and it was his first bike so I went with him to check all of them out at dealerships. He loved the looks of the gt 650, but the bike felt a lot heavier. It also required more frequent maintenance (check valve clearance at 6,000 miles vs 15,000 miles for the ninja 400 and 16,000 for the CBR, but also 6,000 miles for the r3). He found the r3 most comfortable for him and the dealership he bought it from gave him the best financing options of all 3 (he wanted to buy a used one in full, but he said the financing was really good compared to the other bikes and the interest still wouldn’t financially break him) and servicing at the Yamaha dealer was cheaper than the Royal Enfield dealer However, idk what you are like in real life. You could be the complete opposite of my friend and not mind the feel of a heavier bike, or you could be taller than him and feel the r3 is “too short” or you feel squished in the riding position. All of the bikes you mentioned are all similar in terms of power (even the gt 650, it’s not as powerful as a ninja 650). If you’re able, take a day to go sit on each bike at dealerships, and take notes on your phone about how each bike feels to you before you make a decision
