Straight shooter. RB and WR coaches need to be looked at this offseason. It would do wonders to bring in veteran coaches at those positions who can recruit and coach at a high level.

Now this sounds like an offensive coordinator. Maybe Satt just isn't good at communicating his thoughts to the media but Dana seems leaps ahead of Satt based on the way he communicates. Hopefully that will translate to the players as well and hopefully he sticks around so we can have some continuity going into spring ball and next season

Love; the candor, the fresh set of eyes, challenging those players that have so much more to contribute and rewarding those that do. Not to mention the improved play calls (in my opinion), especially during the Wisconsin game!!😅. He seems to have caused an awakening of the players and their competitive spirit ... night & day!

Start winning games in the first quarter. Start dominating games. Quit being afraid of winning. Quit waiting until 2 minutes are left to win a game. Teach dylan how to throw to open receivers, even letting the receiver run for 20, 30, 40, 50 extra yards. Teach the runners to look for open spaces to run. BOWL GAME.

My take away: Honest to goodness, blunt, answers. I like that. I was surprised to hear about the run blocking being there but the backs not hitting the holes fast enough. I had felt it was both. Perimeter blocking... why does it take Dana being here to get that message across? We all knew it was an issue.
@chiroguy69697 күн бұрын
The play calling did feel better, even though the offense still couldn't be consistent or score much. Now if the players execute the plays better....... On defense, it feels like we haven't been able to stop the passing game much this season and last season too. Same issues there, every QB we play looks like Tom Brady. And on 3rd down it doesn't matter if they need 5 or 15 yards, we give it up way too often. What's wrong with Malachi Coleman? We need blocking on the edge and he's riding the bench even though he could be playing at this point and save his redshirt. And Jaylen Lloyd? He was exciting on the deep balls last season and now we hardly see him.

You have a lot work ahead of you coach. Don't get fired. You do the same thing the last coach did you will get fired too. You have to pass the ball. Sorry pass the ball and if the QB can't do that you need to bench him and recruit a new one in the off season.
