This has been a topsy-turvy week, just last Tuesday, almost everyone thought, McCord was a lock, and he doesn't commit, and now this. I am very pleased that Raiola is coming to Nebraska, as I believe it will get the attention of many other coveted recruits.

Verbal commit is not equivalent of signing an LOI as an actual commit. Also he’s never transferred bc he’s never actually committed, therefore your “portal again” is false. That said, you sound like you’re either new to football, or you’re one of those UGA types, so the lack of knowledge is understandable. Again, if you were actually a fan and not just a newbie, you’d know the difference between a verbal commit and a real commit with an LOI.
