I find there is no problem buying good quality domains, but the issue is trying to sell them. I hope you can show some case studies of selling them. The title says we can sell for 720, but I must have missed the part where you shared anything about selling. Thank you for trying though.

Everybody just says list on Flippa - well that was good about 8-10 years ago but I have not had much success there selling but it is pretty good for buying since the prices seem to be pretty low mostly. I also have so many listed at goDaddy auctions but even there has been a little rugged as well. I am not against buying traffic if you know of a decent source. Thank you again.

Honestly, finding them is the hard part! If its shitty it'll sit there. So Ill "redo" the finding part but then post on flippa! (Then show it sell or not sell etc)

Is it better to keep dropping your asking price on the hopes that you’ll get the sale. or sit on it till someone buys it. My guess is they don’t sell within 72hrs but how long do you wait to drop the price ?

Q: domains expire every day why are you searching when what you really need are the domains and the criteria to speed thing up a lot also domains are being bought and sold so what exists in an hour could be gone in 30 minutes.

Domains drop all the time, you can go the expired route or you can write a wishlist and drop it in the bulk search say for instance at Godaddy (What I use) I wouldn't overthink sociology or global factors rather I would concentrate on the hardest part which is finding really good ones and not cut corners. For some reason, a lot of folks really don't put themselves in other people's shoes and think "Man, I just bought a domain but it is REALLY not a domain I would buy for more than $10. Think to yourself, would you buy a domain for $700? What would that domain be if it were worth $700 to you? Ive bought domains for $1000 before and they were damn good. They might have not really been worth $1000 but they were to me.
