Agree, and their customer service is terrible. It's unfortunate because I saw an interview with the founder and I think he would want his customers treated with more respect. Unfortunately, for those of us who've had bad experiences that's not the case. I was so excited about this company when they first came out but after the way I was treated I can give them my hard earned money regardless of how much I may want to. There are too many other great companies with amazing customer service. Which is so important to me personally....

I used this device and the fat loss is real. I WANT TO USE THIS COMMENT TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THE DANGERS OF THIS DEVICE My face completely changed and it was beyond traumatizing. If you guys want to look good.Please use an alternative method that may take a little longer but I guarantee you it works wonders. Examples include face yoga, natural juices in a presser to build collagen but just look up radio frequency side effects or experiments with animals.

I have the Newa and found it really tedious. Every night, sticky gel & the treatment time was SO long (I want to say 8 or 16 minutes per side?) I just stopped using it. What is the total treatment time on the Nebulyft? Thanks.

I feel the same exact way with my Newa, The nebulyft treatment time is only 10 minutes, that's why I'm considering trying it

Yes, safe for rosacea and sensitive skin, just use it on a lower setting.

This is the DEVILS DEVICE This device is not safe to use at home for non professional people. The fact is that I mistakenly did not follow the directions and I made the mistake of watching a youtube video about this device. It turned out that because of that .I used it around my eyes and my eye vision was practically destroyed, i also didnt use enough gel and I lost considerably facial fat by aging me by 7 years. What I mean by this is that the margin of error can exist but the consequences are beyond psycological or physical realm. Therefore, this type of devices should not be at sale in the first place to be use at"home" I warn everybody not to use Radio Frequency in the first place.Read articles about experiments with this device and you would rethink your choice hopefully.
