NEC infrared IR pulses demonstrated

I recently had a couple people message me about how the pulses are done for an infrared remote control. A lot of people think you have them off and then post them on and it's actually the complete opposite. They're actually on pulsing fast upwards of 100 megahertz when they're not actually transmitting but just on and then will actually drop to a 15 megahertz pulse rate when data transmission occurs (or average of depending on the amount of ones and zeros binary being sent)
