I just want the Superman. I scored a loose NECA Christopher Reeve Superman from a shop a couple years ago and man is that figure beautiful. NECA is killing it with everything they do.

I'm betting they'll find a way to reissue/repaint these or do more characters via Loot Crate. I mean they already have a repainted Keaton Batman available on Loot Crate so why not?

I think Superman and Batman are great figures but I don't like how everyone seems to think they are flat out the best, when we had so many great figures like the DC DIRECT JLA SUPERMAN and the MATTEL DC SUPER HEROES BATMAN. Those two are still as good or better IMO.

The sculpt for the Batman figure is based on the one for NECA's Daredevil 1/4 scale.

It wasn't unnessisary because it clearly illustrate the point that the joints in question were already loose by the time I got there.

Could NECA do other special releases or is this just the last of the licensing before McFarlane?

We can't say as of yet. It depends on how much McFarlane and DC polices on the licenses. If there's a loop hole, Neca will find it. Maybe they can release some more in the future via Loot Crate since they bought them. They already have an exclusive Gold tech armor Keaton Batman available to existing subscribers.

I collect Neca Alien and predator figures and think this is a ridiculous use of an old mold just to take advantage of how much people want the superman and batman figures. I never condone bootlegs/ko's but because of the way this was handled I'll be buying these figures from a friend of mine in China that sells this stuff. I think 25 per figure including shipping is more than fair and prefer my money not go to Neca or some fat slob scalper.
