I built a massive playset for my Ninja Turtles out of cardboard boxes. It was set up on an old table, made out of four big boxes as the sewers and then one corner had a 2-story building. I used paper towel tubes as columns for structural integrity.

What makes it worse is neca has no customer service. Just an email address they don't pay attention to. So if the people who got 2 tried to get a hold of them. They don't respond. So months go by, and the people who got 2 most likely sold the extra on eBay. Now neca finally reaches out, and those people are being threatened to send back what they sold. Even though these people most likely tried to do the right thing but neca doesn't have customer service. Neca is going to have to eat the cost of their mistake.

If NECA charges your card without your authorization you can inform your bank that it a fraudulant charge and they are trying to charge your card twice for something you already bought.

I disagree. I don't see NECA as breaking the law. Since this was a mistake this wasn't unsolicited. This isn't like shipping a random package to your house and then billing you, the package was a solicited and an agreed upon shipment. Since the second box was sent by mistake, that wasn't part of the deal. Plus, this would be taking the diorama away from another collector. I'd definitely send it back. If NECA doesn't provide a refund, THAT would be the crime. Thanks alot for doing this. I really like the videos where you dig in and do some detective work. :) Thanks for the video

that not really how the law works, as I couldnt really read all the report. In short, its a law so that companies will not mail you something by "mistake" and then force you to buy it, force you to have to return it. I believe if I read it all right, they could ask for it to picked up by them. You cant punish a buy due to a issue on their end.
