Just found this one and the splinter pack. My krang had a couple of paint splatters but I carefully used an xacto to scrape them off. Also the right foot joint was super stuck, but carefully worked it out.The accessories were actually in really good shape. Although my baby shredders shoulder spiked needs a bit more paint. Anyway great review, hopefully neca gives us a little breather 👍🏽😎👍🏽

Another comprehensive, informative and enjoyable action figure review from ManCave Collectible, that highlights everything right and wrong with the new NECA Krang Deluxe figure. At first, I thought this would be an amazing figure to add to my collection, but sadly, my OCD combined with NECA's poor quality control, means that I'm going to pass on this one.

What a fantastic figure! Really sucks about the QC issues. Very informative and great review! I'm very curious about the turtles in disguise set. If it includes regular heads, I might be getting my very first cartoon turtles.

Good point!! I really hope for the alternate heads. Will give a lot of guys a 2nd chance. And I believe will sell much better!! Wonder if it’s the darker skin or light skin turtles?? I can’t remember from promo shot.

Android Krang is a great figure loaded with a ton of sweet accessories. The soap on a rope to go with the towel and shower cap 😆 is ridiculous but cool they added that as additional accessories. I love this figure. Picked it up today got 5% off due to damaged box but definitely worth the 34.99 imo you get so much for the $$$ and Krang displays nicely with my tmnt figures. I skipped on the other Neca tmnt 2packs because of the prices and they are always gone when i can afford them at retail. He can be used in alot of photos fighting the Turtles and friends and is a big figure. You compare his value with say a 24.99 legends or black series figure you get that extra love for your money with a big figure that is packed with alot of goodies

Hey I noticed you got two of the same antenna pieces, I think one fork type antenna is supposed to be included and then a ball type antenna which I think NECA didn’t pack in your copy?

@@danroberts8078 true! All the reviews I’ve seen now seem to be just the two “Y” shaped antennas. So maybe that was Neca’s intention. I’m good with it. Nice to have if u lose one.

Bummer about the paint issues. That’s the one thing that has been great with this line. My Metalhead is perfect, had high hopes for this one as well

Same for me, my Metalhead was flawless. This figure isn’t horrible but I think Neca has the ability to do better because they have proven that.

And I want to say one more thing ... I seen you bought it online but ! I know the paint is a issue but it is a full painted figure and they are cheap compared to any high end figure. We are not going to get that with this ! Don’t love it but love them... just my opinion. When I buy this I’m not expecting perfect. Looks good.

@@buddyjones3116 so just my opinion, I love both of them, maybe Super7 a hair more. Super7 definitely has better quality control but your also looking at double the price point at $45 a fig versus $25 a fig with Neca. I still love my Neca stuff though, no doubt and for the most part this line has been great in QC. I try not hate hate on any company as I know it’s just plastic and paint but I also wanna be transparent with reviews. Even though the paint chips and minor QC issues don’t bother me all that much, I wanna point them out and give opinion if that makes sense.

What if they made a live action version of Krang like if he appeared in the 90s trillogy? Even though he never appeard in those. They gave Super Shredder a weapon, even though he never used one. So, NECA should make the TMNT cartoon characters (That didn't appear in the live action duology (I know its actually trillogy, but the 3rd one sucked)) into live action (like imaginig what they would've looked like if they were in one of the 90s films) instead of anyone from TMNT III.

@@ManCaveCollectibleReviews As with Bebop and Rocksteady, they were originally going to appear in Secret of the Ooze, but the creators couldn't get the rights and Eastman and Laird weren't in favor of that, so they introduced Tokka and Rahzar instead. But Tokka and Rahzar got to appear in 2 Konami TMNT games (3 if counting the arcade and SNES versions of Turtles in Time as seperate games) and in 1 episode of the TMNT cartoon. So they could've had the rights to have Bebop and Rocksteady. I can imagine that incarnation would be better than their Michael Bay incarnation.

I love it for the nostalgia, but it's such a stupid looking design . Krang could have made his android body look any way he wanted but he decided to make it look like a giant baby with a red diaper, red booties, and grey suspenders.

I was bummed when I saw these and splinter showing up. Since NECA said they got pushed to 2021. I ended up buying one off facebook for $60 as a treat since I can't even search as we are all stuck because my kids tested positive for covid cause their dumbass father didn't take it serious and didn't wear mask. Luckily they had no symptoms and the symptoms I have had been very mild.
