Reverse curve of the neck seems to be the new smoking. Constant looking down at iPads and phones is beginning to cause other health issues. Anything can happen like not sleeping well, heart palpitations, bowel movements, breathing problems etc. I have heard the nemonic C3, C4, C5 keeps you alive.

What does the machine you stick on the back that has a meter which goes left or right called? And what does it do exactly?

The primary instrument used in the Gonstead Analysis is the nervoscope or thermoscope (referred to as scope). It is basically a mini-thermography unit that has two probes at the end. The doctor will glide the scope down your spine to detect mild temperature imbalances created by subluxated vertebrae.
