pedgilst i am so sorry you’re going through this! I know it’s insanely difficult, and honestly getting through every day is a gift in and of itself. You are still here and that is what matters - celebrate that! Every day is a celebration. The little things really matter, as cheesy as it sounds. And I know it never feels that way in the moment, but it really does get better! It can certainly feel hopeless at the time, but try to - at least for a moment - think past that and recognize that pain does in fact decrease with time. Also, I totally get the outreach in an online community like this (it’s so accessible!), but I know it is still not as helpful as those immediately around you. Do you have anyone that you typically talk to about these kinds of things?
