This wonderful patient came to see Dr. Buonassisi discuss neck rejuvenation as she was seeing fullness beneath the chin. She was deemed a good candidate for a procedure called a deep plane platysmaplasty neck lift using a suture suspension technique⁣⁠-a deep recontouring of the neck space, where part of his surgical plan was to reduce the fat under the platysma muscle while lifting the neck tissues from inside.⁠
