After sitting in a car for two hours, your body starts to ache and you just need a massage. That happened to me. I came home and was stretching my neck side to side. Since I received the hammock for the neck, I figured I give it a shot.
What do I have to lose. I was very skeptical and took awhile before I actually decided to use it. Boy! was I wrong. It should be pulling your head away from your neck. you could use a pillow for what you are doing lol
