G-Rich that looks good but to thoroughly clean those bones; hand clean first (get the gunt out between the bones) then soak in vinegar water for 30mins or longer then parboil till the black stuff comes to the top rinse the cook them.

I like cooking necklines, with a bag of the frozen chopped peppers and onions, can of diced tomatoes or salsa, and a can of Juanita Munudito Soup, add garlic, celery, black or red pepper, and salt or Adobo seasoning, I call it Soul Menudo!

Regarding ur problem with flour messing ur tummy up, u might wanna get checked for a gluten intolerance. My dad had an issue like that and turned out the gluten in flour was the problem. But thxs for the recipie. I bought some neck bones cuz it was the only red meat I could afford and I don't know what to do with it so thxs again. This looks really good and I can't wait to try it.
