Hello, sorry for late reply. both are great in terms of quality (side note: i don't wear them in shower and chaumet's chain seems stronger as its pendant is heavier than vancleef's carnelian stone). i tend to wear van cleef on daily basis as it looks natural and minimalist, whereas I wear chaumet occasionally when i have events or attend weddings etc (as it looks better when you dress up). :) hope these info can help with your decision

Van Cleef’s chain seems to have more pinkish/reddish color compared to Chaumet one.
