You are very correct. It's most likely but the little challenge is that the test is more obvious with concentrated sodium hydroxide but both dilute NaOH and conc.will give positive result but not too dilute. I'm uploading the burette test video on milk soon. Thank you so much,it escaped my mind

For Milk test,the materials we are going to use include CuSO4 and NaOH which will give you Biuret test for protein, So for Milk,it will be protein test.
