Any indication the exotic orchid Epipactis helleborine is a possible threat to these?

I have no first hand knowledge, but in my experience with Epipactis, it tends to favor degraded sites like trail edges and is very tolerant of deep cover. I've not seen it growing in a similar habitat to Isotria. Its presence indicates disruption and site degradation, but its not generally known as a super destructive species on its own. I may be mistaken, though!
