Terraria, But Damaging Enemies UPGRADE My Whips...

In this video I play Terraria but here's the twist, every time I damage an enemy I gain experience that goes towards leveling my whips. With each level increases the damage, size, and best of all the number of whips I'm able to attack with. Things are about to get insane so stay tuned to witness it.

Please note that 200% will give 2 additional projectiles and one shell that was originally. If a weapon fires multiple projectiles, like a shotgun, each one will have its own chance to make copies of itself Setting: Per Level - how much chance will be added to one more projectile per level Per Level Mult - what the Per Level is multiplied by to get large numbers, like 25 chances per level (for 4 levels you will receive +1 projectile on an ongoing basis) Max - maximum chance, 1000 will give 10 projectiles maximum

I love seeing these playthroughs. Just a heads up, in the mod configuration settings (under server) you can have a percentage of the damage dealt added as XP. Entirely up to you, but I found having a small percentage added (i did 1%) and slightly reducing the flat XP gain (i set it to 3, should have left as is though) it can reduce the level cap feeling and sort of evens out the XP you gain from monsters with many parts compared to regular ones.

Who cares about the spider set . He didn't even mention the obsidian armor which i thought he will keep tell spooky wood armor or end game (BTW my favorite class is summoner and the best armor is the obsidian armor . This video feels so wrong for me)

@dahooomy39 because it still does summoner damage? Obsidian is still better for whips, yes, but he seems more interested in defense over damage when it comes to close range weapons. But the point still stands where he wouldnt have needed to gather all the hard mode ores, which is the exact same thing he did in the summoner weapon video he just posted. Where he specifically stated that he forgot the spider set existed and gathered the handmade ores for no reason...

If I played this challenge, If I did not have a weapon, I would not exceed 180 health bcs if you do, after 200Hp, goblin army will have a chance to occur. But if you are below 200Hp you are all good. I would wait until I had a weapon, only then upgrade my health. Other than that I enjoyed the video man! Recently discovered your channel and I am enjoying your Terraria content :)

I think with projectile based weapons and with whips, you can consistently summon an anditional multiple of the original amount every 4 levels, if they scale the same way the summons did. Like at level 4 its double the base amount, at level 8 its triple, level 12 quadrouple and so on.

I really want the next playthrough with this mod (if you do another playthough with this mod) you only use 1 melee weapon and 1summon weapon. It has to be from pre hardmode, something you can get before boses and see how far you can get.

I suggest you get the Fargos Mutant mod for the Mutant npc so then you can buy boss summons instead of farming for the summons so then you can make ur weapons even more OP also maybe do a spell tome only play through with the same leveling mod
