If I played this challenge, If I did not have a weapon, I would not exceed 180 health bcs if you do, after 200Hp, goblin army will have a chance to occur. But if you are below 200Hp you are all good. I would wait until I had a weapon, only then upgrade my health. Other than that I enjoyed the video man! Recently discovered your channel and I am enjoying your Terraria content :)

I love seeing these playthroughs. Just a heads up, in the mod configuration settings (under server) you can have a percentage of the damage dealt added as XP. Entirely up to you, but I found having a small percentage added (i did 1%) and slightly reducing the flat XP gain (i set it to 3, should have left as is though) it can reduce the level cap feeling and sort of evens out the XP you gain from monsters with many parts compared to regular ones.

@dahooomy39 because it still does summoner damage? Obsidian is still better for whips, yes, but he seems more interested in defense over damage when it comes to close range weapons. But the point still stands where he wouldnt have needed to gather all the hard mode ores, which is the exact same thing he did in the summoner weapon video he just posted. Where he specifically stated that he forgot the spider set existed and gathered the handmade ores for no reason...

I think with projectile based weapons and with whips, you can consistently summon an anditional multiple of the original amount every 4 levels, if they scale the same way the summons did. Like at level 4 its double the base amount, at level 8 its triple, level 12 quadrouple and so on.
