Terraria, But Slimes Drop RANDOM Items...

In this video I try beating Terraria but here's the twist... Slimes and only slimes drop random items but to make things a bit more interesting I can only use the items dropped by them. This includes weapons, armor, accessories, and tools. Will I be able to get decent enough gear to be able to take on the final boss Moon Lord or will I end up getting useless items. This would be a challange if the random drops were locked to the progression so you can't get items from bosses and events you haven't cleared yet (naturally it means no hardmode ores tools/weapons too

FYI the Terrarian's best modifier is LEGENDARY not GODLY. It's the only Yoyo in the game that can have the Legendary modifier and benefits from a unique set of buffs from it.

He very likely uses a mod to improve reforges, giving you the best modifiers quickly.

Perhaps adjust the mod into a tier system: The random drops before you beat Skeleton are restricted to be pre-mech equipment; once the WOF is dead, you can get random drops up until Plantera; when you beat plantera you can get post Lunar Towers equipment, and the Lunatic Cultist opens up all possible equipment. This way, the game is not broken with a terrarian before WOF

Just a tip: the ore excavator mod let's you place a lot of platforms at once in a line and the same with rope but vertical, this is just for convenience

This challenge should have been a world with no chests, ores, statues, npcs with the exception of the guide etc. All items randomly drop from any enemy killed while locked to progression with having a chance for a better modifier or 2 of the item (like life crystals) if collected from a boss. Its a good idea though.

Boring by 11 minutes. Went to comment and realized there's a whole half of a video left even though like these "random drop" mods things went immediately into post hardmode gear. It would be more interesting if the mods didn't drop hardmode gear until after the WoF so your randomized gear actually made things more challenging. But no. Just a video of 40 king slimes and owning every boss up till moon lord with post moon lord weapons. I assume, I didn't watch past 11:41 because you've clearly won. Theres nothing to be excited for other than "how many more broken items does he collect by farming king slime". You don't even need accessories.
