When Sevika refuses Smeech’s offer to turn over Jinx, she says “We don’t hand over our own people.” That isn’t a Silco-ism, that’s something Vander said in the first arc, or atleast very similar to his sentiment to not hand over Vi to the enforcers. It’s ironic that Sevika is now mirroring Vander in so many ways, especially since we were introduced to her ragging on him for being too weak. When Jinx blew up the council Ambessa ran in legitimately worried about Mel because that wasn’t part of her plan. Then when Jinx’s “Color Explosion” goes off her smile was almost like when you’re playing a game that you’ve played for a long time, and then you find something new to figure out. She’s confident in her abilities to be able to strategize around a threat, but hasn’t seen one as chaotic as Jinx and she’s excited by that.

I think Vi calls them the “peanut patrol” because ‘peanut’ is a word used for the lower class in English (‘peanut gallery’ in theatres being the cheap/worse seats, and many other phrases people make up including peanuts/peanut shells are meant to mock the poor people - like in the greatest showman lol); so the enforcers are the “peanut patrol” because they patrol the peanuts (poor people/zaunites)

I agree that Caitlyn most likely wouldn't have missed, but I think the point is even stronger portraying her going too far in her rage or in seeking revenge, she would've 100% shot Isha too if the bullet didn't conect with Vi's gauntlet, not only was Isha's arm right in the middle of the lens of the scope but even if she moved it towards jinx's head the bullet would have more than likely go through Jinx and hit Isha's head too which was right besides Jinx's head. And I think that's the point she was ready to shoot a completely inoccent kid if it meant finally killing Jinx. Showing how much is she willing to go just to have her revenge.

I feel like Vi pulls out of character in that moment though. Given her reaction to Jace accidentally killing a child in S1E8 when they were on a mission to destroy Shimmer production, I don't fully understand why Vi cares if Isha dies or not given the threat level Jinx imposes. She was quite ready to see more Zaunites (even children) suffer/die if it meant removing the overall threat by the end of S1. Now in S2, after they've unleashed the harmful, poisonous Grey all over Zaun in pursuit of Jinx, Vi suddenly has a heart toward this unknown child who was a hair's breadth from putting a bullet in her forehead?

@@wowza1321 To be fair, destroying the Shimmer production had the greater purpose of helping all of Zaun, that thing was causing a lot of problems to people, whereas hunting down Jinx is more of a revenge plot. Vi is trying to do the right thing and fix the issues between Piltover and Zaun to avoid a full on war, just like Vander taught her. I don't think it's entirely out of character for her to draw the line at hurting Isha there, she was already unhappy with the plan, there were plenty of scenes where she shows how displeased she is with how Caitlyn's acting. I also think Vi is acting out of concern for Cait moreso that the kid. Caitlyn a few episodes ago would never dream of endangering/sacrificing an innocent person to achieve her goals.

I do believe the Gray being pictured as alive is really just a metaphor. It's a monster that kills. It's just air, but not any kind of air. Pretty cool to foreshadow how bad the Gray is! And I object on the nobody cares about Finn's death. It takes them a split second to go ":o" but they do. Margot stops filing her nails, Ranni's eyes get a bit wider, and the yordle's hand also change their position so he can see better where Finn was. edit: People... The Grey is shown as a monster in the records, yes, but also, please consider that WE the audience are also seeing those same records. It's a perfect example of "show don't tell" directed to US. They show us that the Grey is a monster so that they don't have to tell us that it's deadly. It's not literal.

Caitlyn wasn't going to miss, Jinx was going to die, but Isha would have ALSO died, as her head was on the other side of Jinx's. Caitlyn was off the rails, blinded by rage and fueled by revenge. One of the First rules taught about firearms is "know what is behind your target". Bullets do not stop when they hit something, as we see with the 8+cm think steel plate Caitlyn just shot a hole clean through. Vi actually saved Caitlyn by stopping her, moreso than her sister. Vi wasn't as concerned about her sister as she was about Caitlyn going so dark as to be willing to deliberately fire knowing that collateral death to a 5(?)ish year old child would result. Caitlyn would never recover from that, and Vi would never be able to distinguish Caitlyn from the Enforcers who killed her parents.

Literally only zhonyas is an item with an ability like this. Also the Locket is literally a locket. Something she isn’t wearing. And a noxian related woman having a religious artifact of another nation is weird. If it’s locket it becomes a plot hole. So that’s why no one guessed that. Because it actually doesn’t make sense

The only thing is, Bard could have appeared and quickly ulted Mel and Jayce, but where would Bard have come from? The Locket could have been implanted in Mel's body either by her mother or her Black friend from the Council - Shoola, who has clear genetic links to Shurima.

They’re a very weird natural phenomenon where they’re neither normal leaf trees nor pine trees, they’re an entirely different thing. The Gingko trees are also the oldest tree species on earth. There are way too many references to the Solari in Ambessa and Mel's different pieces of jewelry, clothing etc. And it would make sense why Jayce was fine, because locket of the iron Solari shield nearby allies. Also it might be the reason Leblanc is after Ambessa, as she's hunting powerful artifacts to fight Mordekaiser with and Ambessa may have quite a few considering her guard also had the Kaenic Rookern

1:24:33 It’s actually the “hextech” scar caused by the “monkey incident” in season 1, you can see it’s still glowing blue on Sevika’s face ever since. The glitch affects the hextech weapons first because they are filled with hextech runes and gemstones, that’s why Vi and Cait’s weapons got affected immediately while Jinx’s weapon, which has less runes, got glitched a few minutes later. And finally the scar got affected bc there’s still some hextech magic left in it.

Caitlyn's father is always shown to be an unassertive man. He's subservient to his wife, presumably because he married into the Kiramann family. In Cait's flashback, he's only briefly shown in the background showing off a rifle (coincidentally the only time he's seen happy). In S1E8, he stitches Caitlyn up but does not contribute to the conversation between her and Cassandra. He obviously cares for Caitlyn, but is not a very strong person.

I just had a couple things to note, specifically in the last fight in Janna's temple. -You said Sevika had shimmer scars, but I'm pretty sure those were scars from the Monkey bomb explosion. She's the only one that took most of the blast face-on and survived. Wouldn't surprise me if it was hextech fragments responding to the glitch, not shimmer. -I agree I think Vi intentionally blocked Cait's shot on Jinx. But I don't think it was because Vi thought Caitlyn would miss. Vi never says she would miss, just that she'd hit the kid. We just saw a shot from that rifle tear through metal and flesh with ease. WIth how tightly Isha was holding on to Jinx, the collateral damage would easily off both of them, and Vi knew that. Vi knew that killing an innocent would affect Caitlyn, even if it meant Jinx was ended too. -It's not that Jinx's plan wasn't finished. She specifically says, "This isn't how it's supposed to..." It seems like something, or someone, else was supposed to trigger the Grey. With the use of the now-open Kiramman vents, and the fact this redirected the Grey all to Piltover, I believe Jinx wanted Vi or Caitlyn to trigger it. They've been using the Grey in the lanes, hurting many Zaunites in the process. Jinx wanted them to be responsible for the Grey in Piltover, as a way to make them live with the consequences of releasing the Grey in the first place. -Vi and Caitlyn were blown OUT of the temple. Sevika, Jinx, and Isha were inside. Caitlyn was desperately bashing against the face of Powder to try and get back in.

Could it possibly that the thing Ambessa stole from The Black Rose tie to the golden armaments on Mel's body? If we rule out Kindred's involvement in Jinx's attack at the beginning, Mel's armaments possibly create a barrier to protect her and Jayce which explains the golden line in the first frame you mentioned and it explains the detail you mentioned with Mel's armaments glow as she got kinapped by LeBlanc's spell. As we know Mel never want to deploy Hextech weapons, LeBlanc has no reason to kidnap her besides getting revenge for Ambessa killing one of her underlings than to retrieve LeBlanc missing "thing" which is Mel's armaments. We never actually see Mel's whole armaments, there could be some runes applied somewhere in it.

I’d like to share my theory on how the void and the wild arcane are connected To start, the idea that shimmer is made with the void I think makes a lot of sense, that can support why it’s so addictive, the void wants to spread, so once it’s in you it can almost take control of you, ofc this was toned back so it can be more of a drug. We also see organs being used to make shimmer in the first few episodes of season 1 which when shown, a kinda monstrous screeching sound is played, could just be for ambience but I imagine it isn’t. Also a big factor of course, it’s purple. Next, the organic look of the wild runes, it looks very very similar to the look of the void, and while I did wonder how that look got in the hexgate, I think the answer is this: we saw viktor coughing up blood there, and we know the hexgates have transported a lot of shimmer, who isn’t to say that effected them in so,e way? Now when it comes to viktor and the hexcore, I imagine once they were fused, the hexcore used sky as a way to get viktor to spread it across different people, leading it to those with shimmer (as necrit said) and I think the reason that the people he helps don’t look purple like him, is due to the arcane mixing with the void, it gives it a golden look. It could also be a reference to kintsugi, which is when people use gold to fix the cracks of broken pottery, to highlight its flaws in a beautiful way. Sorry if this is confusing I kinda just threw my thoughts onto this.

If Caitlyn hit Jinx instead of Vi's gauntlet, she would have hit Isha too. We've seen the penetrating power of her hextech rifle, and it absolutely would have gone through Jinx's head, and through Isha's head which was right behind Jinx's. Also as for Clan Ferros and Camille, I'm pretty confident the white haired people are indeed them. Other than the white, most their color scheme screams Camille to me. Also, we actually see the old lady with Camille's hair in episode 1 during the memorial scene before the attack. That said, while this lady looks like an old, unaugmeted Camille, I think its just an easter egg, and a bit of misdirection. I think the lady at the front and center when we see the whole family, is actually Camille. She still looks quite a bit like her, but younger and with a different hairstyle, and gives off more Camille vibes with her facial expressions and body language. She seems more dominant, posh, and cunning in a way that the old lady with Camille's hair doesn't. Also she's taller (but not quite as tall as augmented Camille).
