I love the composer of this soundtrack because he pushed the envelope with hip-hop/jazz/techno music different than any other street fighter. Damn I miss this game, had it on Ps2 and it was with SF2.

Necro SF6 After the events of SF3, Necro successfully escaped the Project that was taking place along with Effie. Since then, Effie and Necro settled down together, eventually having a child with her. But to his surprise, trouble would eventually come crawling back to him. The Secret Society led by Gill and JP, who would take Urien’s leadership position who was responsible for the two of them being kidnapped were out looking for him and they were going to stop at nothing until they found Necro and make him rejoin. Necro came out of hiding, but refused to join, resulting in Effie and his child being taken hostage. Angered by this, Necro would go on a violent rage beating down and killing any Secret Society member he could find. One night, Necro found a Secret Society member and violently assaulted him, demanding him for answers on where he could find Effie and his child. He finds out that the SF6 tournament is coming up and that is where he can find them. Determined to get Effie back at all costs, Necro joins the SF6 tournament to get back his family & put an end to Gill, JP, & the Secret Society, along with Sir-Q.

I liked Necro's theme and sounds like an interesting character. Makes me think why was he never utilized again. Sure, SFIII made the mistake of taking off fan favorites, but a lot of the newcomers were good additions, maybe if most of them have been additions rather than replacements things would have been better.
