Have you tried decreasing/increasing the frame rate when using these OP weapons? I theorize that if the frame rate is too low, the code to respawn 'invincible' NPCs won't be quick enough to spawn another one in its place. If the frame rate is too fast then the repsawn code won't be able to keep up since so many things are happening at once.

I am not mad at all, my comment was to inform the fact that it does not actually kill/remove the NPC. As a person who's been coding in this game for a while now, and who understands both the code for QTG Hacker NPC and God Crowbar, I can confidently tell you it does not destroy the NPC.
