Fun fact, while filming this movie Heath Ledger was approached by Disney for the role of Will Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean but Heath had different commitments. Geoffrey Rush, who had a copy of the script for Pirates, suggested Orlando Bloom give it a look and thus, Orlando was chosen for the role instead.

At Stringybark Creek, he murdered three police officers without Lonigan or Scanlan having an opportunity to surrender or defend themselves. The 3 police he killed were highly respected men, two of them with large young families. After chasing Sgt Kennedy through the bush for 800 yards and wounding him, Kennedy pleaded for his life, telling Kelly he had 5 young children and his wife was pregnant. Kennedy was not badly wounded as Kelly claimed, and while Kennedy was standing Kelly took a shotgun and at point-blank range murdered him by shooting him in the chest and head, killing him instantly. Not satisfied with that atrocity, he then robbed the corpse of a watch and money. What you have claimed here shows you have no idea of the extensive criminal that Ned Kelly was.

What ned kelly family, people, gang should have done was to split up and hide in the people in the forest to escape and avoid being captured by the police, and set traps for them,and used the practice dummies for cover, then wait for another rebels to attack the police from behind, while gather information and ammo. But the Amourer need improving to cover with the arms, and the legs for when the bullet hit the legs the police can't fire it make it for them impossible. And when the kelly's gang was recovered, then they could easily finished shoot back at them, and then ned kelly's family and others reach safety for freedom, and he would get his revenge on the landowners, and the people/ police accused him for false accusations.
