I also love green bean casserole. I amp up the usual recipe and swap out the regular cream of mushroom soup and put in Golden Mushroom soup. Just the simple swap add some depth to this favorite.

Great slow cooker ideas! I'd use those thin clear disposable slow cooker liners, just because the recipes are messy and/or sticky. The liners make cleanup nonexistent; just toss the liner afterwards.
