Out of the official 6 extra stages, official 2 sample cars, 18 unofficial online stages that I consider to be cool, another Mad Party and loads of unofficial cars, I have compiled a "Need for Madness 3" for my personal amusement. I use the official format of "each sequence of 2 stages gets a boss car that you unlock after beating those stages" and assign the cars as I please to the stages.
The resulting series of stages and bosses is longer than NFM2, which is longer than NFM1.
"Simplicity" and "Blue Vengeance" are stat-modified version of the Simpler Car and Example MAX Revenge from the Car Maker default. "A Good Example" is the stage in the Stage Maker with all the parts.
In the format "Stage x - Title (Boss car, no. of laps)", here are the stages:
Stage #1 - A Good Example (Simplicity, 1 lap)
Stage #2 - Rocket Arena (Simplicity, 11 laps)
Stage #3 - The Evil Clown (Blue Vengeance, 3 laps)
