Need for Speed Heat is a racing video game developed by Ghost Games and published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This is the twenty-fourth game in the Need for Speed series and celebrates the series ' 25th anniversary. The game was revealed with a trailer released on August 14, 2019, followed by a gameplay trailer released on August 20, 2019. It was released on November 8, 2019. On June 9, the game received cross-play with all platforms.
