I find it interesting that during the entire duration of this games development the map stayed largely the same if not similar to the final release. This means that the only thing that actually changed from this beta build to the final release was the story, or lack thereof.

the map was supposed to be bigger than what we got, but as you start to see more builds down the road, you'll see a lot more of the map get deleted.

Well to be more in depth with what was changed The map (Slightly so it would not feel exactly like Most Wanted 05) Garages which seem to have been cut like a month or two before release. And the story which was meant to be a continuation of Most wanted 05. As in the beginning of this build once you finish the first chase the cops on the radio say that it's believed you are the RockPort fugitive "The Most Wanted"

Oh yeah and also brake to drift as that was not meant to be so pushed for you to use but they had to use Burnouts cause they did not have time to perfect it. But as EA did EA things which is the same thing that happend to Undercover. EA just rushed and did not give the devs enough time as at the time Black box and Criterion had to make games within about 6 months or 7

It even looks like they had a quick time guage on the far right. I remember watching a video a while back that went into detail what was cut from 2012. It set out to pretty much be a mix of Hot pursuit 2010 and the original most wanted with full car customization, garages, etc. Long story short they didn't have nearly enough time. There's still left over assets in the full release that show they planned for garages

Incredible find, the presentation looks phenomenal and I love how they implemented MW05's filter. While I don't hate MW 2012 (spiritual but inferior sequel to Burnout Paradise), I think I would have enjoyed this game a lot more. Weird how criterion decided to make a new m3 gtr model, and clearly had one they could use for the release of the retail MW 2012, but they decided to save it for the DLC ( actually 2010 era EA, guess that was a mess up on my part.).

The thing that Criterion makes these before NFS gave to Ghost Game concept is wild when you compared it with their latest title. I don't hate the game since we all now appreciate on NFSMW 2012 but my question is why Criterion didn't bring this idea at the first place? Unbound but instead of wannabe racer betrayed her dad and live happily ever after (and hate the system), tge story goes Rydell and the gang are bunch of street racers rebels that don't like the system so to fight them, they got their hands into some experimental stuff that they found from Redview Country or something like that. Adding some canon lore and interesting story that probably connects to Palm City too.

We we're so down bad when Criterion decided to innovate the game but EA fucked up their idea. The pursuits in the game's beta are wild, considering the fact that the cops driving Federal vehicles in this game we're supposed to drive Bugatti Veyrons instead of Corvettes. They scrapped that idea considering the fact that the cop Veyrons we're OP since Hot Pursuit.

It's available in repositories which keep all these all beta builds of games. It's not very easy to access, but is possible. Plus it's not easy to use these builds. You'll have to jailbreak your respective console (In MW12/MW2's case PS3), plus other stuff to get them working.

If you could actually show us a way on how to download this on PC I am sure the NFS community will copy paste the remaining parts of fair Haven from the original game to the beta and maybe gonna do a minor bug fixes and fix glitches using help from the unite team and maybe make a story mod because this game has no online restrictions like heat and payback that could stop us from entirely changing this game :) it will be a hard process but I am sure it'll be worth it 👍👊😎

Not anytime soon man. No one other than Criterion itself knows how to mod this game. ZModeler developer knew how to modify nfs mw 2012 files, but as far as i know, there is no way to activate ZModeler anymore, and without activation you cant import or export. Sad story. Maybe someone will reverse engineer the game or ZModeler and find a way to mod, but no one figured it out yet. And i think it will be just easier to create a New fan game on Unreal Engine 4 to be honest.
