yes by collecting carte we can get cops on our tails

You can't start police chases while in free roam. But you can collect bait creates and start a police chases but you will have to "reach escape point" within time limit. That's mean you cannot escape wherever you want. Thus making no police chase in free roam. But in the later update, you can claim an abandon car. Which you will have to drive it to the airfield, and cops will chase you during the drive. However, without time limit.

Why does it look like Forza Horizon 3 🤔😂 The 2015 NFS had great handling cars, and Amazing Graphics they should’ve kept that the same and just changed the city, add more aggressive cops (like the old days) and just made it a day/night with weather change instead of night 24/7...
