buy five level 100-120 cars. tuning shop gets updated every 10 minutes. you can spend one milliion on parts in 40 minutes. each part costs between 10 and 14 thousand. then you will have minimum 100 part tokens. so for 10 million you can get 1000 part tokens. another option is you can just buy in game money with real money. if you dont have time to do a lot of races. the arc tower race, drift the block, observatory drift are good for money when you accept the side bets. the drag races as well. for part tokens ist the best race midnight run. because it is short.
