Have you tried the Ford GT yet? Been really happy with its cornering speed and acceleration, using all 6 parts from Outlaw and with 2 bonuses at least. Did a lot of grinding on that, but also own the Pagani, Regera, RSR, Vulcan and two derelicts as race spec. What do you think of both, the derelicts and the Ford GT?

Now this is what I miss about NFS! Being able to tune mid-tier cars to beat high-end racers. Nowadays you go up against a Koenigsegg or Bugatti, you need at least a Lamborghini to take them on unless you drive perfectly!

it takes a really long time to get all 6 nitrous with 5 accel, especially in one brand, because luck isnt always on our side when doing the spin

Honestly having same brands + Nitrous and accel isn't worth it. I long time gave up on it and rather lock onto the accel/nitrous perk instead without the brand bonus. However for this Evo, I got lucky that for some reasons it kept giving me nextech.

What kind of tune settings do you use on Race specs? When I need to drift I often need to use the handbrake. When I just use the brake only my cars wouldn't drift.

Evo 9 race spec? It's the issue with the car handling. Ghost games should have used the runner spec evo handling instead. Downforce is 2 ticks from the lowest.

Try BMW M3 E46. I've upgraded it to max level and have a lot of speed and acceleration perks but the acceleration is sucks. It wasn't go as fast as your EVO 9 either. It roughly stays at 130-140 MPH hardly reach 170 MPH even though top speed is at 223 MPH. I don't know if this is just me or else.

Oh yeah I've completely forgot about that but the M3, I think the horsepower is too low. When cornering or running in the desert when the car slightly go off road for shortcut the speed drastically drop. I still feel disappoint in many cars performance.

To get a car to 399, go to tuner shop and buy the highest level parts. Then while waiting for 10 minutes, grind Midnight Run. Then go back to the shop and buy the highest parts, repeat. As for level 18 specifically, only tokens. You can always grind Hyperspace circuit for money, then use a level 100 low level car, buy all the parts and convert them into tokens.
