Ii think they focuses to PS4 and Xbox one because these consoles are still new and the porting to other consoles may gone wrong so make sense why it's buggy lol

@@specter8164 It was part of a DLC, maybe you don't have the DLC that corresponds to it. If it could help, now NFS Rivals is sold as a Complete Edition on steam for example
