I see these as one giant connection, no matter which side you play. If you play more as the racer and complete its story, you finish the race but in turn zephyr crashes and is likely in a dream and remember the News says that he can't likey survive something like that. It's unfortunately the quote that seals the deal for this character "they say that speed kills, but if you aren't speeding, you ain't living." It means if you are not pushing yourself to the limit, you're not really experiencing your true potential and I think that's the last moments zephyr ever has of true life and likey died in the hospital or Right then and there. and for the cop, I think I can patch together with the racer when you take down zephyr. You and your car are left in critical condition as you run to the hospital with zephyr. The cops terminate you from the force because of how reckless you were to take zephyr down. In turn you are enraged and become a full-time street Racer and inherit your F-8 (or fate) name You become the new best street racer in Red view county and continue pushing street racing further further into Red view county Identity in the end it's the end of a racer's life and the start of another.

I think the story goes like this: In the racer ending zephyr wins the race but crashes into a roadblock but survives. Then, in the cop ending, zephyr was trying to escape but ends up having a collision with f8 and zephyr dies. F8 will be critically injured and gets terminated from the force. Since he got terminated, he got angry with the cops and starts becoming a full on street racer using the impounded ferrari enzo. Zephyr is actually supposed to be driving a p1 and f8 supposed driving a hennesey venom gt

In case anybody’s wondering what happens here’s how it goes Zephry made it to the end of the final race but he collides with the police roadblock and is presumed dead that is until he turns on his P1 and drives off. F8 is the cop that we play as and is the one in cop cutscene critically injured because he had a crash with zephry. He gets fired from the VRT for being reckless and ends up becoming a street racer taking zephrys spot as the top racer and then challenges other racers. I hope that this has cleared some stuff up

What I think happened: zephyr drove into the road block and is presumed dead but then awakens and drives away but then chapter 10 of the cop career happens: as zephyr is driving away f8 comes after him but zephyr manages to outrun him so then f8 proceeds to collide as hard as he with zephyr which makes him critically injured but zephyr escaped again. Then f8 gets terminated from the vrt and joins zephyr against the cops. There's alot of hints that zephyr survived both crashes like the engine sound at the end of the race ending and if u pay close attention to the cop ending you can't zephyr's car in the crash site that means he manages to run away

@@theblacktrainboy373 should have used the huayra, also saving/farming some points for its upgrades. safe strat is using max level jammers and turbo, the CD on jammer gets so low and its duration so high, you can be constantly nullyfying all the cops techs, including the chopper and roadblocks (which are simply stupid in rivals as the former can just shit spike strips while moving and roadblocks can consist of JUST a ton of spike strips with near no gap)

Here’s how the story goes Racer ending: Zephyr was racing at an extremely high speed during a hot pursuit race, but ends up crashing into a police blockage which caused him to fly in the air inside his car, the crash was so bad, that everyone including the news claimed that zephyr died, but zephyr actually survived that crash, and then turned on his car and drove away Cop ending: So F8 was in pursuit chasing zephyr, but F8 got WAYYYY too aggresive and hostile that he killed zephyr in a pursuit and then crashed with his henessey, which caused him to have a severe injury, that breathing in the beggining of the cop ending was actually F8, and then, F8 ended up getting fired, after F8 got fired and is no longer a cop, he decided to take zephyr’s Ferrari enzo and become a racer, and challenge all racers.. (Yes I know there are alot of comments explaining the endings, but whatever.)

Note: F8 = the protagonist of the COP career. Zephyr = the protagonist of the RACER career. *COP CAREER ENDING THEORY* F8 was terminated from the police force after going after Zephyr, he first became F8 after "Going Rogue" which is chapter 5, I believe. F8 busted 10 racers, and in chapter 6, "Shot at the big leagues" it shows information of how F8 triggered major racer violence overnight. When F8 attacked Zephyr and won, they were terminated from the force and got pissed off, turning to become a racer. *RACER CAREER ENDING THEORY* Zephyr started out as a small racer, who then gained extreme notoriety. In a race, they won and then crashed and his fate unrevealed. Please note I have _not_ played the RACER career too far, I have only played the COP career up to "Promoted" so far.

For those who don’t know what happened or are confused, the cop and racer ending are both connected. In the racer ending, Zephyr crashes into the police blockade. In the news highlight, it was feared that Zephyr was dead, but he isn’t. After Zephyr wakes up, he starts up the damaged Ferrari and drives off, never to be heard again. In the cop ending, the cop (fate) takes down Zephyr, but he spins out and was left in critical condition. Fate was then terminated because of his actions. Some time later, Zephyr never to be heard again, Fate takes Zephyr’s spot as the top racer. So here’s my theory. Fate caused Zephyr to crashed into the police blockade by spinning him out, but that also caused Fate to spin out as well. In the end, Zephyr isn’t dead nor arrested. He either left the county or retired from street racing altogether.

What i think happened is: as Zephyr finishes the race, he crashed into the roadblock, he survived and drove off, but when the VRT eventually figures out that he survived, they deployed F8 to his location, F8 ended up colliding with Zephyr, killing him in and critically injuring himself in the process, and that's why he got terminated from the force. Zephyr was fast, but fate is faster.

He did got fired. However both the cops and racers don’t know that the cop in the campaign was exactly F8. Zephyr points it out but it’s not really proven. F8 after getting fired assumedly steals the Enzo back from the impound lot and it’s when he turns into a fully fledged racer as a form of “payback” from getting kicked out of the force. Idk both ending just really end with this bitter cliffhanger that leaves more questions than answers tbh

On the other hand F8 was working for the FBI and was carrying out their plan on taking out Zephyr once and for all. And in doing so F8 realized that the FBI betrayed him and fired him out from the Police Squad. F8 was just following orders. So after the betrayal, and Zephyr being dead due to the collision caused by F8, F8 decided to take Zephyr's place and become the ultimate Rival against Racers as well as Cops so that's why he said he is now unbound, unshackled and free and thus he challenge everyone to beat him and in doing so he will make the racers famous, and give other rookie cops purpose. Because Zephyr opened his eyes completely. I hope this will clarify you more clearly now. This game was actually like the Batman V Superman movie because of the similarities.

Not really. F-8 wanted to capture Zephyr so he crashed into him as hard as he could, so Zephyr is "killed". Cops caught him "killing" a criminal, so they terminated him for his reckless actions. F-8 got furious and decided to join Zephyr (the racers) against the cops.

No, cop ending is continuation of racers ending, after zephyr starts his engine, you can hear police siren approaching fast at zephyr (racers cut scene ends) 0:50 (Zephyr saying about "they say the speed kills but if you aren't speeding, then you aren't living" which further implies his fate) That police siren is f-8 going full speed at half dead zephyr then hitting already destroyed p1 so hard that he was terminated from the force for reckless driving, he may have critically injured or straight up killed zephyr so zephyr cannot race ever again. After termination f-8 took zephyr's place as a top racer)
