I don't know why, but I always call Stage 9 as the "feel good stage", mainly because it takes place after the mob was defeated at the end of stage 8 and we don't have to worry about them anymore, and before the big finale to New York, plus we get a nice new supercar. And that chase with Lamborghini police car is my most favorite part of the stage.
