Snail mucin gave me miliae, I think people with dust allergies should avoid it. I have great skin but visiting a dermatologist regularly elevated my game more than any product. I'm going to start exploring medical strength peels once I have an opportunity to take two weeks off from work. Tldr: go to a well regarded dermatologist. The cumulative amount you spend on skincare will far outstrip your outlay on derm visits and the pay off is immense. I believe this creator endorses that view. I live in HK/SG. India is about 15x cheaper too for medical procedures, no idea why people there don't make use of those facilities.
