NEED HELP! - Issue with the Niga 16" mini ceiling fan

Feel free to refer this link for more support!: saweria.co/TXFE Model FC08-55. This fan has a serious problem. It has a hiccup on its start up and always going in CCW (CounterClockWise). I had to spin it by hand to make it run on CW (ClockWise). This was happened after I opened the upper canopy to give more space to opened the motor to get it oiled, but when I put it back together, when I test it, it do this. Idk for sure what's the actual problem but I think I did something wrong, and idk which one. Please anyone help me what can be done to save this fan. Should I retire this fan?

my mini ceiling fan has broken 2 blades so now its 2 blades but it works just fine

Coba reverse arus positif sama negatifnya

The blades are smacking the chords. Try moving the chords in a different way. That way you won’t have miscellaneous hiccups with the spinning.
