I watch Eric video too.. when he said Tino was gonna come and he showed up late. I can hear the frustration in Ciscos voice, you have gotten every opportunity and you burn them in a second. I know Ryan has given him the benefit of a thought because he is going through things. It’s also to be upfront with your problems even when you don’t feel like it, it’s respecting your coworkers because at the end of the day it’s a team effort what you do. His actions is effecting how everyone feels, be upfront and when you come to work put on a diff face but handle your business at home. Your coworker will understand your situations a lil better but when you wear those emotions on your sleeve while working it rubs on ppl too. Just by watching this I see the Cisco is over it and Eric is hiding it but he knows.

Francheeeko you are one chill guy. Don’t know you except from KZbin but as far as I can tell you deserve all the blessings life has to offer. Any crew would be lucky to have you. Just don’t get to comfortable working for others because you belong running your own crew . I know talking to the customers, bidding the job and all those aspects of running shit isn’t comfortable and it’s scary but after a while it becomes second nature. The cash flow won’t jump in your pocket u gotta go take it hermano. You know to many aspects of construction to not be getting big dollars not just hourly pay .
