Am 6wk did Tvs there is gestation sac size 20mm with no yolk sac no fetal pole,i did homonal test dr said estradiol level is law,recomend ptogynova2mg is it safe for pregnant if it eill be viable after two week of tvs repeat

I have a question. My wife weight 40 kg. She is almost four weeks pregnant. That's our second baby after five years gap. She has given an injection hydroxyprogesterone intrauscular or IG weekly and Cap uterogestan 100 mg once at bed time. Is it safe? After taking cap, she feels very dizzy. Kindly reply. Thank you.
