You put everything I am feeling into words. My head wants to pursue conceiving and feel like times against us, but my heart and hubby needs a break after 3 recurrent losses over 3 yrs. We haven't had our rainbow yet, and I feel I have lost my sense of self along the way. The happy list sounds like a good idea, I gave up hot yoga prior to TTC and now on a break I went back on the weekend and felt so good by doing so!

Thanks for this video! It came just in time as I'm starting to feel too anxious now. Went from not wanting any kids to getting into all ttc roller coaster. I think if this cycle is not it I'll just get of this train for a bit. Love your yoga classes! Thank you for sharing your wisdom 💕

I had lost my period for almost 3 months ..after two days of practicing your "trust your body again " yoga I got my period back it is really amazing..thank you soooo much..I want to hug you and give big kiss...I love uu...thank you ma'am .I was in a depression due to it and I hope to follow your yoga to maintain a healthy life..💓

I’m 36 years old and I also feel like I’m running out of time. Have had 3 losses and I’m in that point that I’m exhausted and I need a break. It’s out of my control. Did you protect yourself while you were taking a break?

I did yes. But mostly because for me, I can fall pregnant easily. It was staying pregnant that was the problem and I wanted to give myself a proper break without thinking about whether I might be pregnant or not. It’s definitely a personal decision though.
