They went together to the Eurovision a few years ago and they became the runner up (after Austria that won with Conchita Wurst) Edit; their name was then The Common Linnets with the song Calm after the Storm.

The guitar player of Ilse de Lange (not in so this clip) was our neighbour so I grew up with her music. Just lying on my back in the garden as a kid (with my death metal shirt on) and enjoying hearing him practise the songs. Happy times :)

Just watched Neil Young/Linda Ronstadt (Love Is A Rose) over on That Guy's channel, and now I'm here, just having watched Ilse and Waylon, and I really enjoyed their Lady Antebellum's cover. "Need You Now" turns out to be the title track, first track, and first single of Lady A’s second studio album. The song earned four Grammys at the 2011 ceremonies including Song and Record of the Year. When it came out over here in May, 2010, I instantly loved it and I think it also served as my introduction to the Nashville country trio. As you may or may not have noticed, I've gotten a little behind on your uploads lately, and that's mainly due to the amount of work that's involved with running my own channel. I'm gonna try and catch up as much as possible though in the days ahead! Be well, my friends! 🌷
