I'm really struggling with my Sphynx cat ears, they are quite different to a furry cats ear, do you have any tips to help please?

Great you are making a sphynx cat. I'd make the ears in the wool colour you'll end up with and shape them and finish off smooth finish with finer needles and shallow angle.
